What happens if i pay for 2nd day shipping and dont get it?

Ordered some stuff online, shipped it 2nd day Air via Airborne Express.

Shows package was picked up 3/15 and slated for delivery 3/17 (yesterday)

STILL hasnt made it here yet, am i entitled to some money back here or something?

"Current Status: Arrived DHL facility.
Est. Delivery Date: 3/17/04"

As of right now on their page...

The merchant is the one who has a contract with DHL, so they are the only ones who can "get on their case". So call the merchant and b!tch.

Aphex, same thing happend to me, same company too. I was supposed to get it yesterday before 12 PM but they said it would be delayed until today. I called again today and they said it will be delayed until tomorrow. Same company.

Well i already hate airborne and have complained MANY times about them already.

Every package they were supposed to deliver over the past 3-4 months has gone to the wrong apartment in the complex. The driver just leaves it at random peoples front doors, and im home all day.

I guess this time instead of mis-delivering it, they decided just not to deliver it at all.

As of right now on their page...

F. Customer must notify DHL of a late delivery, in writing or by telephone, within 30 calendar days of the shipment date and provide DHL with the account number (if any), the waybill number, the date of the shipment and complete recipient information. Within 30 calendar days after customer so notifies DHL, DHL shall either: (i) provide customer with the refund or credit; (ii) provide customer with evidence of timely delivery; or (iii) provide customer with information explaining the reason that the shipment is not eligible for the guarantee under the applicable limitations or exclusions.

You should be able to rufuse delivery because the product wasn't deliveryed in the fashion you requested. I would call the retailer and tell them want your money back and see what they offer.

The thing is, angst. I'm just venting. I can't call Bangalore, India and expect them to do something for me. All they will do is read and re-read a script that is in front of them. They won't comp me back the price of shipping. I can cancel but that won't hurt them either. I am just having Dell angst right now. That is all.
