My computer has been up and running fine for a few weeks now, and I've had it running at 12x182. Well just messing around I set it for 200x10 to see if I could get the 200fsb on it. Well, no. No post. And now that I have gotten it to post, set all setting to defaults, reset the cmos, it restarts before getting into windows every time. Usually right at the end of the white windows 2000 loading screen right before it loads. Sometimes, shortly after post.

Does this mean I've fried my 2ghz cpu? Or???

Heres system specs

asus a7v8x
xp2400 @ 182x12 then
GeForce Ti 4400
SB Live
512megs pc3200
80 gig WD
16x acer
12x DVD

There may be a problem with your Windows install from the overclocking... high PCI bus speeds could have played a factor for sure.

I've seen HD corruption/death due to overclocking more than once!
