What happened with my 566? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just upgraded my motherboard from an Abit BH6 to an Abit SA6R, and my Cel 566 that used to overclock to 976 stable wont go past 680! I have good pc133 cas2 memory, so that isn't the issue, but what is going on? Anyone know any magic tricks? I tried switching back to my old motherboard to see if my chip was just near death, but it still goes to 876 on the BH6. HELP!!!!!!!!

Might be a cooling issue: shure thet the HSF is mounted properly?

The heat sink was on fine, though just to see if it needed some help I lapped it a little more (it was already lapped really well) and it not gets to around 765mhz, but still not to its previous high spot.

p.s.-I have a Golden Orb, just to let you know. Not the best, but it worked before.

you are using heatsink compound right?, it's not your agp divider is it?
