What happened to the nuts in Cracker Jack?

Bought a bag of Cracker Jack today, was the first time I've had it in about 5 years probably. I got like 3 peanuts in the entire bag :hmm::hmm:

Did I just get a bad bag or are they skimping on the nuts to save money?
