I remember when it was Kate and Leo. I always thought Kate Botello was cute.
I'm glad someone else does. I gave up on TSS and the whole computer-TV idea when Kate left and Patrick emerged. Suddenly it was just inferior tech news compared to the internet and a lot of marketing-influenced-changes. Kate and Leo were the closest thing to sincerity I remember seeing on TV in years. I watched them and thought "You know, here are two people that probably wouldn't be friends in real-life, and their show has a lot of production-value issues, but they still seem to actually like each other and the people they help, and don't look like they're going to rush to the ratings numbers as soon as the tape ends."
Now I contrast those feelings to Dr. Phil and the rest of the "We only want to help people" TV lot, and realize why I don't watch new TV anymore.
I don't watch much tv and i used to watch TSS all the time. now i flip to g4 and see whats on and flip it. they now show these stupid shows like Fastlane and all that riced up car sh!t. wtf does that have to do with computers?
