I used to hate them too, but now find them strangely delicious. I don't know about where you live, but I can always find several brands of Salt & Vinegar. The best are Zapp's, from back home in New Orleans.

Probably your stores don't stock them. All of the brands in our stores (Wise, Lays, and Utz) have that flavor.

I tried some of those dill ones the last time I was out on the west coast, and they were mighty tasty.

sweet maybe my stores have been lacking...

in Los Angeles i could used to be able to find them till around april or so, then i could only get the single serving bags or pringles

down in houston now i can only get pringles or a ghetto brand that is way to strong

isn't it mostly a more southern thing? At least I know it's not a Michigan thing, as I've only seen a few stores ever carry them.

nasty...unless you're looking for the easiest way to bad breath, in which case, this is definitely for you.

As a big fan of Salt & Vinegars, I recommend Wise as the best if you like them strong. Herr's are good, but they aren't as potent.

The best ones IMHO are Tim's Cascade Style...you should seriously try to find them....a bunch of stores sell them in my area of Los Angeles (Palms). Also places like Trader Joe's or Whole Foods thens to carry them.

Kettle cooked goodness!

That and ketchup are my faves. Maybe its a regional thing. They are the most common flavor here.

My favorites were the "Sour and Dill" chips made by lays a few years back. Nobody liked them so they pulled the line. The thing is, I would suck them down a whole bag at time!! I mean, you talk about a blast of dill flavored sourness!! Woh, those things would blow you out of your shoes and I loved it!! My grandma (3rd generation german decendent from our original german imigrant ancestors) would eat almost as many of them as I would, and she's 97!!

Man, I so wish they'd bring those back.

We, the Peoples of the Great White North, have ceased shipping Salt N' Vinegar chips until certain issues are addressed!

good riddance, but pringles suck too - especially after they were given out at Uni and we obtained a trunk load of the boxes from the marketing girls giving them out :D
plus pringles are about the most fat containing chips on the market - could as well eat butter as a snack
