Those chips are great, Chicago land area has many different kinds in most stores.

But, the absolute best were the Small bag ones for 25cents of Troyer Farms brand. They had ridges on them instead of a flat chip, and that caught more tasty stuff!!

Damn! This topic about made me start to salivate. I just went to the kitchen in search of bar-b-que chips as a poor substitute, but the only thing left was regular chips and pretzels. :disgust:

My local supermarket carries Kettle, Cape Cod, Tim's and Herr's. If Cape Cod only made Golden Russet S&V chips I'd be set for life. :)

Most grocery stores will order products for you if they carry other items by the same manufacturer. Just gotta ask.

They suck.
Normal chips w/ some malt vinegar is where it's at!

I've loved salt and vinegar chips since I was old enough to eat solid foods. My favorite brand is Lay's - I'm not sure why, but I think it's because they're the greasiest! :)

good riddance, but pringles suck too - especially after they were given out at Uni and we obtained a trunk load of the boxes from the marketing girls giving them out :D
plus pringles are about the most fat containing chips on the market - could as well eat butter as a snack
Uh, no they're not. I take it you don't eat many chips.....

Just about any chip has more fat than Pringles.....
