Wow! I'm amazed! We went from guys jumping on Moshquerade to they looking out for her. There must be a missing puzzle . . . yep PMs . . . that's it.
Anyway, she was banned as stated for reason of linked content. Something made me suspect she might be back . . . but I guess she isn't?

Fumbduck, before you resort to name calling, there are people who do that. First off, how would you say she knows the rules when you're claiming it was an accident? For that to be an accident, she had to not know the rule, absent-mindedly hit the button to send the link to an audience she didn't intend, or have no clue the contents of the link she was providing (in which case that would be negligence). If you look at Moshquerade's general posts too, there is sufficient reason to believe that it was intentional. However, reading motives are irrelevant here. She was advised by other members to quickly remove it . . . in spite of the time interval, she did not. Normally mistakes don't take much hesitation to rectify once informed.

Thinking back to the day she linked to the vid that resulted in her banning, she posted the message during her lunch break before going back to work. By the time she checked the forums again that night she had been banned.
Oh, I don't know. Just a guess. Feel free to tell me if I'm wrong. If you've actually met her please, by all means let us know. Until you have, at the least, spent a fair amount of time with a person saying you know them is fairly naive however.
And by the way, no, webcams do not count.

You may be right that she went on break, GTAudiophile. Nevertheless, at the time she posted the link, it was promptly stated that it was not an acceptable post. She made the 11:56 AM, and at least one person posted at 11:56 AM explicitly stating that she should edit it; then a couple a minute later indicated that it was not an acceptable deed. If she promptly left (i.e., was in a hurry) at the time she made the post, then she shouldn't have posted a material anyone would err on the side of caution. At the end, it would still be carelessness on her end, which is usually punished.
The punishment in this case is two months. It isn't too much, in my view, for that kind of violation. We aren't speaking of a lifetime banning, so I don't think it should be one to cause controversy and changes in rules.
By the way, although Moshquerade joined this forum long ago, like many, she took a break for a while and came back; and she often does that. AT is not her regular/frequent forum. It doesn't mean anything as to her merits here (i.e., how she should be treated). I'm only correcting the impressions that some seem to have.
