update, ate some mcflurry today with oreos, wow havent eatn such sweet godness for a long time.

Really? You changed your health habits based on advice from ATOT? :Q

In that case I'd like to change my diagnosis. You have a blocked lower intestine. The enema kits are in aisle 14.

LOL! This requires an explanation as to how a blocked intestine causes blackouts. Unless it was just a "brown"out ...

I'm no doctor but I can say with certainty that you're going to die...eventually.

haha, didnt changed my habits, just decided to try a treat.
body needs sugar i guess anyways.

now im thinking here, damn it i need to find a wife soon so she can cook, i hope i dont gain much weight in my job, because all the food i eat is from outside, meaning greasy sometimes, etc.

i feel like all the grease is going to acumulate one day and just do something bad to me :( ah damn it, ill start doing excersise again from now on.

when the situation took place i was with my parents, in other words i ate good food, so im sure the food was not the problem, but now im just thinking theres a higher chance i can make things worst by eating junk, but as i said i will try to do excersise, which i havnt done for like months.
btw, everyday i have a similar routine :
wake up around 12pm, at around 1pm eat a subway sandwich of White bread, Chicken&bacon, white cheese, lettuce, & tomatoe, Along with a bag of baked chips and medium sized orange juice.
around 7pm eat Rice with beans, bout 6 pieces of fried platain, and fried chicken, along with a bottle of water and a small amount of lettuce.
most of the time i have cereal in the fridge so i just eat cereal if i get hungry after that, but lately ive been buying a Mc donald's Crispy chicken sandwich, i buy it after eating the above stated meal and keep in the fridge so if i get hungry i just eat it as a cold sandwich.

so thats what i eat since im not home, i might keep a similar routine for about 4months, what can we expect? sht dont tell me im gon get fat!

That's a lot of fried stuff with a lot of bad fat. How active are you? You may want to fit a couple more low-fat nonfried meals in there somewhere, too and just eat less per meal.

I think you have a case of standinguptooquicklitis. Here's a way to reproduce the effect. Lie on the floor for a few minutes, then stand up really fast.

Subway's stuff isn't too bad, but yeah, I always get the non fried chicken at Mc D's...
