I've had the blind scare before but not like that. I was swimming in a heavily chlorinated pool. Came out of the water and it was a total whiteout - no vision at all, just white. My vision came back after maybe ten seconds but it scared the crap out of me.

the vision change you experienced is typical of fainting.

oh my vision felt similar to the static of Man Hunt, with a mix of Max Payne's hallucination, I sound like im advertising the games but its the clearest way to describe to computer people 🙂

So what can be concluded from this?

i would conclude that you should go see your doctor

For a small isolated incident of light-headedness that happened 3 months ago? Are you serious?
he passed out. yeh, a doctor visit is warranted.

How is a doctor going to diagnose something that happened 3 months ago and has not happened since? If this was something that happened recently or has happened more than once, I would absolutely recommend going to a doctor.
you got something against seeking a professional opinion?

low blood sugar could mean he is hypoglycemic or diabetic.

I had nearly the same kind of episode that you had except my heart felt like it was going to jump out of my chest. The resident nurse checked me over and I was pale and my pupils were dialated. I then went to the doctor, I thought maybe i had a heart murmer or something like that. They hooked me up to and EKG then something else and determined that it was an "anxiety attack". I dunno if that helps you or not.

nah it was a one time thing, ^ I dont think mines was that serious I dont remember my heart beating out of order, and how does a seizure compare to my story? Im not sure how a seizure works...

Probably just an early morning blood sugar episode, espscially if you were drinking the night before. Alcohol screws with your blood sugar levels, hence why diabetics shouldn't drink. Either a high or low blood sugar level can do stuff like that, according to my cousin who's diabetic. I very highly doubt you're diabetic if that only happened once, tho. Next time you drink, down a Snickers bar or something before you go to bed.

thats happened to me a couple of times. doctor said it was caused by not enough blood getting to the brain fast enough, and was nothing to worry about.

If it was low blod sugar, just eating a candy bar won't help. Something as sugary as that will make your blood sugar spike, then sharply fall as your insulin levels rise to counteract it. Something with complex carbs would be better, as it raises your blood sugar gradually and keeps it there longer. A sports told my XC team to eat several small meals throughout the day and to constantly sip dilited Gatorade as a way to keep blood sugar high without experiening an insulin crash.

I say this because from what you describe it does sound like either low blood sugar or a severe case of orthostatic hypotension (when you stand up quick and get dizzy.) The latter is often caused by being dehydrated. I used to get that all the time, pretty bad as I have naturally low blood pressure. I drink a lot more water now, and rarely experience it anymore.

So, with the express declaration that I am not a doctor or anyone who claims to have actual, significant knowledge about the topic at hand, from my experiences, I would recommend you try to keep your blood sugar from crashing by sipping a lighly sweetened drink and eating small snacks of complex carbs. And hopefully that's all that caused your episode and not a stroke or anything.

from now on ill be sure to eat a sweet every day, lf my health gets worst you will all be liable.

Uh, that's a good way to get fat in hurry. I was recommending to do that only when you go drinking to gear up for the next morning. Eating a McFlurry everyday is a great way to start yourself on the road to premature death (heart attack or obesity).

Go with SWScorch's recommendations if you're looking for a lifestyle change.

Really? You changed your health habits based on advice from ATOT? :Q

In that case I'd like to change my diagnosis. You have a blocked lower intestine. The enema kits are in aisle 14.
