What happened to lifesavers?

I have a horrible cold and my throat soother of choice is butter rum lifesavers. I can't find them in any of the stores - drug stores, convenience stores, expensive candy stores, food specialty stores.

They're on Amazon, but all I want is a roll or two, not a 20-pack for $16.50 (which is a good deal).

Is it just me, or have lifesavers-by-the-roll disappeared?
