I get the exact same thing,Windows is not locked but the IE windows loading the site is, I just wait 5-10 seconds & it loads up just fine.

Give it a few secs when you go to load up their page.

it is all that java on it. he outta take it out, gives the impression when you first go that IE is locked up

How bout that. i let it try for about a minute and i finally got on. the pages took awhile to load once i was in also. something ain't right.
anything i can do?

Yea, it is usually a hit-or-miss chance with me to see if the page loads, it is really quite slow.
