What happened to Clark and Lux?!?!?!!

Maybe they will be friends in this one. I am fairly sure that they won't because that would totally change the story, but there is a chance that they could be friends. I personally quite enjoy this new one. I did like the cartoons when I was younger as well so it is not surprising that I like this one. Anyone else remember lois and clark? That was a good show for a while as well. Hopefully this one will stay good and not follow the path of roswell or so many other wb shows that have eventually failed.

Anyway, yeah, Michael Rosenbaum is winning me over with this new Lex. His character is really likable. Pretty damn good show so far.
 
I like how they have Clark and Lex friends. I'm curious to see what event they have that drives the rift between them.

i think maybe something happens in the future and clark isn't there for lex in his time of need, and lex is going to hate him forever.

I really like the show, especially the dynamic between Clark and Lex. In tonight's show, Lex said he regarded Clark as a little brother. I want to see what happens, and how long it is going to be before he becomes his nemesis. I would expect the season finale or something of that magnitude. I would like it to be drawn out over more than one season, but I don't know if "people becoming mutants b/c of the kryptonite meteorites in the area" can be sustained as the antagonists for a full season. It could be something to do with the farm, or a girl, maybe Lana.

I think she's the only other girl that's on the show...she's ok...not a Lana Lang though
 
according to the original comic strip, they become enemies when superboy accidently makes lex go bald when he saves him from a laboratory experiment gone bad.

I'm not a huge Superman fan, but perhaps Lex and Clark stay "friends", but Superman and Lex don't? Obviously Clark will realize that Lex is evil, but maybe Lex won't realize that Clark Kent is Superman ... and still think they are "friends".
