We’re currently investigating an issue related to the forum theme and styling that is impacting page layout and visual formatting. The problem has been identified, and we are actively working on a resolution. There is no impact to user data or functionality, this is strictly a front-end display issue. We’ll post an update once the fix has been deployed. Thanks for your patience while we get this sorted.
Of course I went to the link and registered and activated my account. Then it is telling me to find the names of the people I wrote a reference for and the people who wrote me references and claim my heatwares. Now unless I have a print out of the page from my old heatware I wont be able to find them, unless you have Superman's memory. So my question again is; where do I find the list of old heatwares ? is it there somewhere ? or is it gone?
Claiming your evaluations
This copies evaluations from the old heatware database into your new account and references your username from the evaluation pages of users you have traded with.
Use the following URL: http://www.heatware.com/user_claim.php4
You must be registered, activated, and logged in before you can claim evaluations.
We personally check each evaluation claim, so your evaluations will NOT be copied immediately.
Please only submit each claim once, unless we instruct you to do otherwise.
Please allow us up to a few days to check your claim.
The best way to prove your claim is to provide us with forum information that MATCHES your claim. This includes either changing your heatware email address or forum email address so that they are the same.
