What GPUs (besides Displaylink) are inside USB 3.0 to 4K DisplayPort and HDMI 2.0 adapters?

Does anyone know what GPUs (besides Displaylink) are used inside USB 3.0 to 4K DisplayPort and HDMI 2.0 adapters?

Adapters using Displaylink listed on this page

displayport 1.4a does 4K 60 hertz out of the port! I had to hook two displayport 1.2a(4K @ 30 hertz) into my display to get 4K at 60 hertz using Intel HD Graphic 4600! I looking at upgrading my graphics card too but I need a sff low profile with displayport 1.4a, hdmi 2.0 together and it real hard to come by! Everything is one or the other with DVI.

That iGPU (HD 4600) is supposed to work with just one display port at 4K60.

I wonder why that happened?

P.S. Ivy Bridge was the one that needed two display port for 4K60--> https://forums.anandtech.com/thread...-monitors-for-browsing.2507230/#post-38910314

I cannot remember but I did try one displayport and it only had 30 hertz on the Windows 10 display screen control setup. Dell customer support was in on it too and I arrived at two - one displayport mini and one regular size since the Dell display only had those two displayport input sizes.
