What genre of games do you hate?

Boring games with a steep learning curve.

"Pretty" games with crappy controls or AI.

Any buggy game . . . (I think this genre is starting to include ALL computer games).

Really difficult games with no "save". 😛

I dunno if there is a specific "genre". I hate all bad games of ANY genre - equally. 😉

And some types of games I am completely unacquainted with (as I tend to prefer mindless 'shooter' games). 😛

RPGS ....bleh always seemed like something little kids/ people with nothing exiting in their lives would do

Oh yeah CANT STAND Final Fantasy...always hated the anime style cartoons and that game just seemed dumb (one thing though, i did like the music). Second game would besmash brothers for nintendo... again somethign 5 year old kid should play, not my adult buddies...

Sports games. Don't like any of them..

RPGs rule, I'm surprised so many of you don't like them..

I've been playing a text-based RPG for the last 7 years, It's called MajorMUD.. For the WorldGroup BBS platform. 😛 Yes, BBSes are still alive and well....

I like RTS games, also. FPS games come in 3rd.
 
I LOve RPGs all you peopel are crazy

I personal Hate DDR, Most Sports games, Tom Clancy games (Rambow Six), flight Sims, The Sims, The Tycoon games, Everquest
 
I hate the games where in order to play, you have to pay monthly.. like The Sims Online, EQ, probably that Star Wars one coming up..

I hate any of The Sims games too.. make no sense to me at all. :\

I love those games... Out of the Park baseball and Eastside hockey are great.

Of course my dream job is to be a GM of a sports team, so of course I'd enjoy them. 🙂

I don't dislike any genre, I like games that are good. Sports games and RPGs are my favorite though.
 
None, I love them all!..action, sports, sim, rpg, adventure, strategy, racing..

I just don't like games that suck
 
Here come the flames, but...

Massively multiplayer online games, regardless of genre. It's not so much that I don't like the games, but no matter what you play, somewhere on the Internet are thousands of people who take the game orders of magnitude more seriously than you do, and will proceed to make this painfully apparent while draining any possible fun out of the game for those not similarly inclined.
 
Sports on the PC are boring, especially after FPS Football was discontinued. But I still enjoy sports games on the console. EA NCAA Football Rocks.

Flying games are boring also.
 
DDR rules! There is no other game like it. And if you're good at it, you don't look like an idiot playing it either!

I'd have to say for games i dislike, it would have to be sports games. No interest in them at all.
 
RTS because I suck at em.

I genre that has never interested me at all, there for Ive never even tried em, is Flight Sims.....
 
I don't like any game where you do not control shot placement during battles. So I guess that's pretty much all RPG's and RTS's.
 
I hate First Person Shooter games simply because I can't play them. I get motion sickness for hours if I try to play them.
