I don't think going out on the weekends and putting a little buzz on is anything to have a crisis over. Just trying to be informed about it. Kinda like finding out nutra-sweet isn't really good for you when you like sodas.

If a &quot;little buzz&quot; is all you get, then don't worry about it. Why though, do I get this idea that your &quot;little buzz&quot; might be anothers &quot;whacked&quot; &quot;blitzed&quot; or &quot;stone cold drunk&quot;?

BTW, beer is probably the best way to go, it does have some nutritional benefit and if you are drinking American beer, it's not much different than water! :D

Beer IS good for you. It contains vitamins and the hops are very good for you. Thet is why you see construction workers drinking Odouls or 1 or 2 light beers, it replinishes your bodyand is EXTREMEMLY referesshing
