What Geforce 2 Ultra drivers are better?

Depends on whether your card has bonus features, & whether you want them. Personally I buy video cards for the chipset, not for the tv/etc features, so I always use reference drivers.

I would use the Hurcules drivers. If you think you are not getting enough performance, go with the Nvidia drivers.
