God I loved Oregon Trail ... I remember my entire 5-6th grade was spent playing Oregon Trail. We would load up our caravan with as much ammo as we could afford/carry and then hunt like crazy. We'd die in about .... 5 rounds and then put bad words on our tombstone. I remember at the end of the year my teacher made 3-4 of us sit down and play the game over and over again until we'd cleard out all the memory. (I guess none of us realized that we could probably delete a dat file somewhere) Good fun. I also remember this game called Laser Tag or something ... basically you fire a laser and it bounces on all of these mirrors and hits your opponent. I'm surprised no ones made a 3D snake/nibbles yet? That would be cool.
w00t! I believe they are already making one for the PS2. Wasn't this like the first Nintendo game to feature a bad word? lol

I bought an ati rage card way back when that included a 16-bit colr version of asteroids. It was pretty cool, but still boring after a while.
The game I would like to see redone is Crush, Crumble, and Chomp. I playd this on my atari 800. You were one of many monsters that attacked New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, etc. I found it for download here.
