What games to get for the PS3?

I tried rennnasance of man - didn't like it. Prefer gears of war on my xbox360.
I bought nba 2k7 - game is good, but don't like the control too much.

Whats worth getting right now? acessories too.

That's pretty much the only A-list game right now. Download the Motorstorm Demo. In a week and a half download the Gran Turismo HD demo. Then save your money for the real Motorstorm game.

i have actually found my self using my ps3 primarily for bluray movies...

i think the motorstorm game is getting the most play on my system... i agree resistance is hard to play after playing gow...

i am waiting for dec 24... going to download gran turismo hd from the hong kong store... i am really excited to take that for a spin...
