Santa just got me a late gift, Sleeping Dogs! Thanks Steam flash sale.

And the backlog of games grows.

I didn't get any games for Xmas, but I did get a lifetime sub to CheatHappens. I play mainly older games (Company of Heroes, Titan Quest) that sometimes annoy me on certain levels so the 'trainers' that they provide allow instant builds or remove pop caps, etc.

It's now a lot more fun to play CoH knowing that I can match spam against spam when needed. I just got into the Eastern Front mod and playing Germans against the Russians is a real challenge.

Got Far Cry 3 so I can finally play it on my own machine. After trying it on a friend's pc I was convinced I it was a huge improvement on the 2nd one.

The wife got me Dishonored, but I have yet to try it out. I was not expecting any games this year, so I was pleasantly surprised.

Divinty II. Not too much of a deal, as I already had most of the rest of the bundle, that all-totaled would have been a great deal, but $10 didn't seem bad.

I installed and started Deus Ex, though, and wow...we've come a long way, and the AI is terrible, but this old thing is as addictive as it is fuzzy and blocky.

I bought the Civ V:G&K expansion and XCOM: Enemy Unknown with my Christmas money. I just got around to installing XCOM this afternoon, and I assumed that Steam automatically patched the game to the most recent patch release. I can't get the game to advance past the second round of player movement on the second mission. VERY unimpressed with it.

I'm on the fence with xcom it seems close to the original but maybe not close enough. I guess I'll wait for the steam summer sale....
I just picked up FTL its a fun diversion, real challenging on normal. I'm currently resisting the urge to play it on easy.

Not a thing for Xmas. Well, the wife and I did buy a black boxer pup in November so we called that our Xmas present. I missed the Xmas Steam sales. Had a scammer try and get the CC numbers and info so had to close the accounts and wait for new ones which happened over the Xmas holiday sales. I wanted Sniper Elite V2. I'll grab it next time around.
