What Games Can I Play With This Video Card?

My PC will be 3 yrs-old next month and it only has an nVidia GeForce4 MX-440 Video Card with 64 MB of RAM. I have a P4, 2.4 GHz CPU, 512MB of PC2100 RAM, and an 80GB HDD. I know...it's definitely nothing to brag about.

Anyway, are there any auto racing sims, first person shooters, or war games that this rig will play halfway decently? I know it?ll have to be a game that came out 2-3 years ago since my system is kinda old. Again, I mostly like racing sims, FP shooters, war games...and maybe some strategy games as well...(Civilization, The Sims, etc).

Thanks a lot for any suggestions!

come on guys...

you can easily play ut2004 on medium details 640x480 or 800x600. I played on my dads 2.0 P4 and mx420 and the fps were consistantly above 45.

I'd recommend MineSweeper or MS Golf '93...Neither should tax your GPU: They ran fine on my old GeForce 2 MX400...

Doom 3 should play ok in it , meets and exceeds most of the minimum requirements.....cept the V-card....riding the line there. If anything , if he like FPS....it will drive him to upgrade his hardware!!

A few games I've played on an MX440, albeit overclocked:

Doom 3, Quake 4 (pretty slow, even on lowest settings)

Source games like Half Life 2, Counter Strike Source, Day of Defeat Source (all ran surprisingly well)

Need For Speed Most Wanted (graphics looked pretty bad though)

Max Payne 2 (fine)

Painkiller (fine)

Call of Duty 1 & 2 (fine)

You'd probably want at least 1GB RAM to be playing any of those games smoothly, but 512MB would suffice.

CoD-2 in DX7 mode!

Seriously, the GF4 MX440 was a pretty-sweet DX7 card (just poorly named... should have been named GF2 Super Ultra or something).

Thanks a lot for all of the extra suggestions...I really appreciate it. I actually used to have Call of Duty on this thing and it ran really well, so I know there are some options out there that will work.

Thanks again for everyone's feedback!

Medal of Honor: Allied Assault

My old pc had a Geforce 2 and 533 MHz processor and could run the game pretty smoothly at medium settings.
