Great. How do I slow it down? I get into ship-to-ship combat and I see 2 specks fly across the game screen before being told that we sailed out of range of each other.

i have a great idea for a remake, River City Ransom and Super Dodge Ball. I know they made a new dodge ball on gba but it is trash, and they are making river city again on gba and it also looks like junk. My game would be like the old school games, keep the great sound effects (esp the sound when you throw a super in dodge ball) and it would be online. How awesome would it be playing super dodge ball online with some friends. The game would use cell shading and the characters would look like slick versions of the old games. also river city ransom would be online and you could have big gang wars with trash cans and tires and whatever, if you liked the old games you know that this new version could be sick.
