What GAme for the slow laptop

Well I have a bussiness trip and WIll be in my hotel room for A while. I am unsure if the holiday inn will have internet access (High Speed) so I am looking to buy a new game for the little laptop.

The specs are

AMD 400
Tridentvideo
196MB Ram

I am running Win2K so I am looking for a fun straty or sports game that will run oin this config.

I hate going to Iowa.

Get the OpenGL version (Zdoom) and download hundreds of add-on levels.

Can get both in a JC pack from Wal-Mart for like $9.
AWESOME games! Will play excellently on low-end hardware.

I have an old 300 mHz lappy around here. Have played Quake 3 on it OK, Just set details and resolution down a bit.

That might be a little iffy -- ran ~25fps in 640x480 on my K6/2 475 notebook with 64mb RAM & integrated 8mb 3d video..(bleh)

Try Total Annihilation!
 
Doom, Doom II, Final Doom, Ultimate Doom ...

And Starcraft/Broodwar. But for god's sake, if you're going to play those, get a real mouse first. 😛
