Same here. Been playing it regularly since the demo release. I may stray for a little while but after a few weeks I always come back to the guaranteed fun fragfest. 😀

 
I always end up coming back to Counter strike.. which is odd, because I've been playing it for 8+ years (beta 2).
 
It was (shamefully) WoW for a while.

I love going back and playing Counterstrike every once in a while, along with BG2, NWN, Civ4 and Red Alert 2... man that makes me want to reinstall RA2 and play that some more....

I will also pull out my old SNES every once in a while and play some of those classics, including Chrono Trigger, etc...

There is one game that I would definitely go back to if people played it online. I know this is not pc but console but I would love to get some Ghost Recon Island Thunder going online for the xbox again. That or ghost recon jungle storm for the ps2. Those two games hold a great place in my heart for being some of the very first games I played online with.
 
CS:S - best online FPS ever made
KoTOR & KoTOR II - I have no Idea why
TES IV: Oblivion - even though I've never spent more then 20-30 hours, I've spent 20-30 hours on it 3-4 times now.
 
When I get bored with whatever i'm currently playing, I always end up just free skating around in Tony Hawk 4 and Underground 2 for PC. I'll just hook up my PS2 controller and go to town.
 
CS Source and Baldur's Gate (though I'm beginning to run short on time now, so BG is beginning to be out of the question due to its nature as a massive massive time sink).

Diablo 2...I've "quit" twice and I just started playing again...took me about 10 minutes to get hooked.

Then sometimes I break out Masters of Orion 2 to be real nostalgic.
