What game demo can I download?

Played Medal of honour single this morning. I'm looking specifically for first person games or something other hard in the 3d area. I've also played C&C Renegade recently and the wolfenstein multi a long time back. I don't want any 2-3 meg rinky dink sharewares games! I just don't know what came out recently that's worth playing...
