i hit here regularly, and my Enemy Territory clan forums a couple times a week.
 
I visit RossMAN's forums and HazelEyedGirl's forums on a daily basis. I also try to check up on a few different automotive forums at least a couple times a week.

-2cpu.com. Not daily, but maybe 3 or 4 days a week. I read its main page for computer news. I find myself going less and less to the Anandtech main page.

lately maxima.org forums and bodybuilding.com about every 1-2 days each (sometimes multiple times within the day though). Oh and also grasmick.com immigration forums.
