I had some questions about a game for iOS and Android. What forum do you think they should go into? Console gaming? PC gaming? Somewhere else?
Mobile gaming is not worth discussing.
Really? I thought that Infinity Blade 2 was kinda cool. The graphics were better than anything that I ever saw on a Nintendo Wii, anyway.

Been playing XCOM Enemy Unknown on my IPad 2 and iPhone 4S and its just like the version I have for Steam. Gameplay is the same. Graphics look good but are a step below what it looks like maxed out on my rig in the sig.
I'd like to see more high profile games ported to mobile for styles that make sense, such as turn based strategy games.
A quality turn based strategy game just seems like a dead market right now. And mobile gaming is largely candy crush players, not heroes of might and magic players.
The one thing about mobile gaming I don't really understand is... who has time for it? Aside from spending some quality time on the toilet, when else are you going to be sitting somewhere without anything important to do and without a real gaming console or computer available? I haven't even touched my MP3 player in 4 years.
I never really got an answer to my question... what forum should I use to post my mobile game topic?
I guess that I'll use Off Topic, since all the cool people are here anyway 🙂

waiting for the train, sitting on the train, waiting for the airplane, sitting in the airplane, waiting for the ship, sitting in the ship, waiting for the traffic jam to dissolve, distracting yourself if you're too early for an appointment or waiting for someone to arrive.when else are you going to be sitting somewhere without anything important to do and without a real gaming console or computer available? Oh, so I'm on ignore now, eh? Asshole...
:^P
I must confess, I've spent far more time playing games on my iPad Mini than my desktop rig or my macbook pro. It is just fun and easy. And I'd argue the platform is quite decent for casual gaming. DH4 is really a lot of fun for what it is.

I always thought it's more appropriate in console gaming, because in this case a portable device is used for gaming, much like the Nintendo DS, Sony PSP, etc.
It's not really a dedicated gaming device though. It's a general purpose computer(despite what the twats at Apple want you to think) with a different form factor.
