That would be my guess, more specifically Iraqis.

Makes me think of a phrase my college history professor brought up that was a slight variation of "chickens come home to roost". Basically, people should expect an influx of Iraqi people into the U.S., much like we experienced with Vietnam. There's some interesting points to discuss on that matter (non-specific, consistent throughout history), but its not really relevant so I'll keep that out.
