We just go tback from Chicago and ate at Lou Malnatis (found it on a whim, really), Sweet Baby Rays (good BBQ, expecially for the midwest), Gibsons Steakhouse, Bijans (awesome for the $30 we spent), and Roys (our favorite restaurant in the world, though Chicago's isn't as good as Hawaii's).

I also recommend the Weber Grill Restaurant

If nothing else, it's cool to see them cook all that stuff on those huge grills.
