Already ran it through WTF and didn't get anything back. Anyone know what the font is for the top and bottom line?

Ah, they're the Linotype fonts.

The ones I need:
Myriad Pro-Light
Myriad Pro-Regular
Myriad Pro-Black

Anyone happen to have these?
