What folder are the cookies stored in Win XP Pro?

I have to reload Windows XP Pro and want to keep many of my cookies so that I don't have to relog into a bunch of sites like this one and find the passwords or have them e-mailed to me. Where is the file these are saved in?

You can "export" your cookies to a safe place as a backup & use it later when needed. In IE, go to file->import/export and save it somewhere. When you're done reinstalling XP, just go back to import/export & import the cookie file.
