What flat panel to get?

I'm looking to buy a flat-panel monitor for school and was just wondering what kind and size I should buy. I'm not looking to get a monster, but just an upgrade for my current laptop which has a 15.4 in screen.
 
Well, it depends on your needs. If you're going to do straight work... a 17" or 19" LCD would be fine... I'd say get a high quality 17" LCD... if you might be gaming, maybe a 19" would be better.
