Not sure about the order, but my guess would be:

1. NannyMUD
2. Genocide
3. Diablo II
4. Return to Castle Wolfenstein
5. Angband

1. Doom - PC
2. Quake 1 - PC
3. Street Fighter 2 - Arcade/SNES
4. Final Fantasy series - SNES
5. Diablo - PC

With the exception of Final Fantasy I attribute the longevity of the games I've played because of its multi-player component.

I still play QW to this day (mostly against bots). LONG LIVE QUAKEWORLD!!!

Oblivion
Fallout 3
Doom 3
Crysis
Rome: Total War
Left 4 Dead
Counterstrike Source
Killing Floor
HL2 series

I play so many games it is difficult to play over 40 hours on one of them but all of the above qualify. Those are the recent ones. If I go back to 1984 on up there would be about 80 of them. lol

Three stand out for me: EQ1, SoF2 Multi (hardly touched single player) and TF2 (~1k hours).
