Like, cod is good for like fish and chips or whatever. As long as it's like, fresh or something. Personally ummmm like I like salmon, usually like umm raw as sashimi. I also umm like tuna for sashimi. Totally.

I'm a big fan of broiled or grilled salmon.
Mahi Mahi, Swordfish, Wahoo are also good.

Not so much a fan of trout, mackerel, or snapper.

Flounder is teh ubar. I like it best slightly browned in a frying pan with butter. I have tried many many types of fish... nothing comes even close to flounder.

Sure, you may think that sailfish is sweet (tried it), but flounder is the best by far.
