Don't underestimate it. I cut my hand on some wrought iron helping a friend move and I got a mild case of it. Muscle tightness, my jaw got out of alignment, it sucked.

I was considering rolling the dice, and not getting a shot. I think I'd have won that bet, but I'm outside all the time. Odds aren't bad that I could get exposed at some point, and for <$100 every ten years, it's cheap insurance, especially since I don't have insurance generally.

I do need to be more careful. Getting sloppy leads to mistakes. I should have more carefully analyzed the situation, and not have taken the blade for granted.

It kind of took the wind out of my sails. I've felt kinda blah since it happened; "general malaise". My knee doesn't hurt /that much/, but I'm dragging(not due to the shot). I should be out cutting wood, but I'm not up for it tonight :^/

List a bunch of long names that sound 'chemically', and finish with "yuck". A real scientist here... If anyone deserves tetanus, it's this simple bitch, but I don't think you can catch it by liking pictures of frappuccinos on facebook, or whatever it she's doing when not sciencing.

The page title caught my eye while I was searching for an easy place to get a shot, and I thought I might find a good excuse for not getting it done. That page helped solidify my desire for a shot :^S

Why can't the frozen food manufacturers get together and standardize so that fish sticks and tater tots take the same time at the same temperature? I don't want to have to whip out an abacus to figure out how 16 minutes at 450* and 18 minutes at 375* need to be cooked together, I just want my food. It's like we're living in the stone age.
 
The apartment we live in has the elec. & central air included in the rent, my wife thinks that means heat has to be turned on HIGH all the time. I can't breath some times cause of all that forced hot air.
 
I have my pc & my wife's rendering machine (that she uses a few times a week) plus an Nvidia shield TV all connected via gigabit ethernet. I stream kids games from my gaming machine to the shield tv using moonlight, I cant use my pc when my 5 year old son is streaming games. I'm too lazy to install 17 games on my wife's machine so we can use it instead of my machine.

If only there was a way that lets me start the games from my wife's machine ( via RDP) then rdp that to the shield tv so I can use my pc, instead of using this tablet to browse the net like a cave man.

Friend is a landscape architect. His company had 2 trucks and a trailer stolen over the weekend. And the trucks had GPS tracking 😀. 3 guys in jail for grand theft and felony gun possession plus several other trucks/trailers recovered.
 
My work building seems to be using a new brand of toilet paper. I didn't realize it could get any more sand paper-y than the last brand but apparently I was wrong.
 
Shaping up to be a lame radio weekend. A bunch of "experts" analyzing(read guessing) about the Syria attack, and saying the same shit over and over. I only get one weekend per week, and they're fucking it up :^(
 
First world problem: just signed on to Anadtech Forum to do some Buy Sell Trade only to realize they implemented a 25-post minimum requirement.... 6 years ago! Long time lurker can't get used goodies anymore. Anyways, +1 more post.

Splitting wood today sucked. It was hot out, and it was mostly the lamest pieces of wood left, so they didn't split for shit. I need to get yard cleaned up before hot weather's fully here, so I can get a mower through the yard. There's lots of little wood pieces I need to rake up and do something with. They're too good to waste, but I'm not sure I have a decent dry spot for them.
 
I wanted to take a nap this afternoon, so I laid down on the couch and put a movie on. I ended up watching the whole movie and not napping. 🙁
 
I gave wikipedia 3 euro to support them and after cleaning my browser cache and cookies, wikipedia is asking me to donate again. 🙁
I hope this gets synchronized soon.

If we all give just 3 euro or 4 dollar , wikipedia can run for years add free.
 
I didn't give to them this year. They're pretty flush with cash from my understanding. I gave to InternetArchive instead.

My hands are swollen today. From splitting wood I guess.
 
Took the saw to work today to get rid of a fallen tree in a field. It was raining, so I had the spare time. Had to go out to my real job with the boss, and in the confusion of getting stuff together, I left an almost full gallon of bar oil on the back of the truck, and it disappeared on the way to a job. $8 gone, and a bunch of pollution.

I'm gonna experiment with canola oil this winter. Regular bar oil gets really thick, and doesn't seem to flow as well. If I like the winter performance, I'll keep pushing into warm weather, and see how it does. If it works out, it'll better than petrol as far as spraying it everywhere goes. In the meantime, I bought another gallon from TractorSupply on the way home.

Oh, and I bought a new album at work, and forgot to bring it home with me. I have limited internet, so I don't like wasting bandwidth. Have to wait til tomorrow to hear it :^(

Problem? The right rear looks pregnant. I guess I'll have four more kitties looking for food shortly :rollseyes:

On the plus side, I haven't seen the black with white socks in awhile. He was peeing on stuff marking "his" territory. I mentioned before Fathead looked a little beatup. He was probably telling Socks who owned this part of the neighborhood :^D
 
The pregnant cat's outside making me feel guilty. I've been particular about only feeding them in the morning, but she has greater nutritional requirements. Debating whether or not to put food out tonight :^/
