Probiotics won't help if you don't maintain the right kind of intestinal environment. That's where fruits, veggies and especially fiber come in. You should be getting no less than 30g of fiber per day. Some bacteria need it as a food source.
Also, get your vitamin D levels checked. You can do this yourself at home with a test kit you send in to a lab or you can have it done at your next checkup. Google 'vitamin d home test kit' and you should see a few options including a test done by the Vitamin D Council which is about the cheapest.
In the meantime, try a vit D supplement. The recommended dose IIRC is between 1 and 3k IUs. That's not the official recommendation but what people like endocrinologists recommend.
Of course you can also just get more sun.
