There's a big blister on my left hand from manually shredding paper yesterday -- thought I already popped it yesterday, woke up to a balloon on the finger. At least there's still skin attached...
I have remorse for your blister...:p

the sandwich spent too much time in a horizontal position while in the togo box - between the liquids seeping through to the bottom slice of bread and the steam, the bottom slice of bread has been rendered structurally useless.

You were just going to chew it up anyway. It preempted you.

It only matters if the bread was good to begin with.

Shit bread = shit sandwich. Regardless of innards.

it was decent - for a pastrami reuben the buttery crisp rye exterior is pretty clutch.

Luckily I had moved the other half of the sandwich to a vertical orientation before heading back to the office, thus that side was saved. unfortunately, it was the smaller side :(

I was busy Sunday while the Oscars Red Carpet coverage was on... so I recorded all 3 hours. And I just finished watching it. I feel dirty.

Edit: Just pulled the trigger on a new shredder:
http://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-12-Sheet-Cross-Cut-Credit-Shredder/dp/B005QAQFFS/

Decided to just use it with my current shit one and plow through the mountain I have. Shouldn't be much in the future. Can't get a business quality shredder for less than $200, so may as well just go disposable.

Had chicken for dinner. If I don't take kitchen garbage out to the curb tonight it will smell terrible in here tomorrow, but it's really cold outside...

Part of an Amazon .ca order is shipping from Kentucky... It said it was sold by Amazon .ca and we have at least two fulfillment centers so this was unexpected. Box is going to show some pretty interesting wear by the time it gets here -- my orders usually come from the warehouse one city over.

Edit: It auto-hyperlinked?

Pro tip: Throw chicken packaging and any chicken fat, etc into plastic grocery bag, tie tight, toss in Garbage. Gives you an extra day or two before it starts to smell.

While I have immediate access to top of the line modern drugs, its not all flowers and sunshine.

The amoxicillin clavulanate is making me horribly sick. I'm pouring out my guts at both ends.

Seriously considering hitting up the E.R.

The hell with it. Been feeling awful for hours.
I'm gonna head out now.

If I die in the ER, tell Rudeguy he can have my body.
Rossman gets all my porn.
Red Squirrel, you can take my computers and monitors.
Werepossum is entitled to my Nissan, if he wants it.

OK, apparently it was the super duper amoxicillin my doctor gave.
Has common side effect of vomit and diarrhea. They switched me to clindamycin and now I'm home. Also got some anti-nausea thru IV.

Next time I promise to Nef from ER.

I'm not a doctor or medical anything but I think I heard that antibiotics nuke everything from good to bad, including the stuff in your crap factory. Last I took weak ass amoxicillin, "things" were not normal for days.

On another note, FML, I completely forgot to watch American Crime Story and two other shows again. Now I have to wait for them to show up on demand in a day or two:(.

Yeah it's good to eat lot of probiotic stuff like yogurt after you are done with antibiotics. Maybe even during, but not sure if it would counter the effects, so I'd wait till after.

Took the dog for his walk this morning and fell on a patch of ice at the end of my driveway. Bruised my knee pretty good and ripped my pinky finger nail clean in half. I have a nice bruise on my face too, but that is probably an improvement. Not a great start to the morning.

Hell with the bruises. Ripping part of any of your nails off is basically torture.

Azithromycin killed off something beneficial in my digestive track permanently so I get recurring bouts of the great unpleasantness. I tried every probiotic I could find in attempt to reestablish what is gone, but so far no luck.

Fess up, you're trying to get me banned.

Anyway, went to Kroger to buy pop. 3/$8 12 packs, not bad. Get to register, $4.99 each. WTF? The tiny print says you have to spend an additional $25 to get the deal. Left it there and went across the street to another grocery store. 2 liters for $1. Get to register. $1.89 each. WTF? "Oh, the lower price doesn't apply to the diet pop, only the diabetes version." Left it there. These are dark days for caffeine addicts.
