Heading upstate for Mother's Day weekend after work via train and forgot my headphones this morning. I am dreading this afternoon. I'll have to listen to kids getting smashed on the railroad heading into the city for ~~~~*****FRIDAY NIGHT CLUbbIN~*~*~*~ talking about their drama filled lives and arguing which is better: coors light or busch light. They'll also be those business fucks who are on the phone the entire ride talking about nothing. There should be a headphone vendor on every train.

Driving home from work last night and traffic on the freeway was stopped by motorcycle cops for 15 minutes. I assumed it was an accident; turns out the President is in town. I almost missed Jeopardy. Thanks Obama!

Slept in too late, now I have to rush around this morning for the bbq supplies before anyone gets here.

This phone's (LG Ultimate 2) battery seems to really drain a lot faster than it used to. It went from 100% to 91% while just using mobile data (EHarmony and Chrome) for about a half hour. My screen is always only at 40% brightness too, and GPS and Bluetooth and all that is always off.

That seems like crap battery life to me. I'm on Straight Talk so I gotta pay full price for phones. $300 for a nice Galaxy S4 two phones out of date? Bah.

My darling daughter was up fussing through the entirety of Game of Thrones last night, so I didn't get to watch any of it until she'd finally fallen asleep, by which point I was so exhausted that I passed out at several points watching it as well. Now I'm reading a recap of the episode and it feels like I'm reading spoilers from something barely remembered through a fever dream.

Google officially got rid of the classic version of Google Maps, so you can't switch back to it any more. This marks the end of street view for Linux. Now I actually have to look at addresses when I want to go to somewhere I'm not too sure where it is, instead of checking it on street view first to find out what the building looks like.

Have to pickup a package tomorrow and it's at some really obscure location.
