Getting another salivary gland removed. I have about half of them still. I have an auto immune issue that doesnt have a name similar to sjogrens. Im fine but I pass salivary stones occasionally similar to gall stones though the hole in the salivary duct is a bit smaller.

Have a stone that is so big right now it cant pass. I named it mandingo. Its gonna come out tomorrow. If you kids are good I may post a picture of it after it comes out.

For planning purposes, please bring enough work clothing to last one week. Sleeping, eating, and laundry arrangements will be provided. If you have any prescription medications, please make sure you have an adequate supply, as it is anticipated that we will be required to remain on site 24x7 for at least one week. Also, make sure you bring your PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, and work boots).

Actually, it must be Fed ex with the miscreants. They say someone named P Perry signed for it. Called dell and they said it would be easier to ship me another one and let them fight it out with fed ex.
