My package was, apparently, shipped yesterday, but I checked the tracking number and only the label has been printed🙁.
 
I got a bag of satbursts for $2 but when I poured them out they were nearly all yellows. 🙁 I swear they're stingy with the reds. 🙁

I've got a Black Friday package coming tomorrow but won't be here to receive it as I gotta do a 10K charity run on what looks to be a beautiful day. Ugh.
 
I got an email saying my NCIX order has been shipped. Open the email, and it's only the processor that got shipped. Rest is back ordered.
 
I watched a bunch of French stuff on YouTube and now my ads are all in French. It's your money, I barely speak that language.
 
As it turns out, scoring in a video game (Fifa 15) is pretty much the most exciting thing in the world, because I yell every time I do it. The GF must really hate when I play a terrible guy and go like 8-0.

I bought some nice christmas balls to hang in my christmas tree, earlier this week. I open the package today to decorate my tree.
Turns out, they had not supplied the hooks with the balls to hang the balls in the tree. Now i have to go to the shop again to buy hooks. :|
 
been unpacking christmas shit for three hours. Should have hired someone to do it but the wife likes things just so and she has a bad back thats flaring up.

Had to get a real haircut and get out dress clothes for the wife's Christmas party in a few hours.

Not too much of a problem I guess, is a nice affair.

The old black wingtips needed polishing up a bit.

Downloading drivers from Dell for a laptop I bought my Bro for Christmas. Added each one to the downloading list, clicked on download the list and it doesn't work. Clicked several times and nothing! Clicked the E-mail me the list instead. Opened a plain vanilla no addons Firefox this time and go to my E-mail for the list. The link wasn't even a damn link so had to copy and paste the text into the address bar. I get to the download list page, click download list and NOTHING! I paste the link in IE this time and the same fucking horse shit! So I said fuck it and had to download the drivers separately.

Did I mention I picked the wrong OS?
 
Low-fiber diet + not using the toilet for two days + little exercise over two days = lot of pain now.
 
Usually shop at Kroger and always buy the skim milk with the light blue lid. This week, shopped at Walmart and bought the milk with the light blue lid. Opened it this morning and discovered it was 1% milk instead of skim mile. Shit! 🙁
 
The Verizon store wasn't having as good a bargain on the Samsung Galaxy S4 as the Best Buy across town, so they convinced the wife and I to get the S5 instead of pushing back getting new phones (can only leave the baby with her great-aunt for so long). Now we have slightly more full-featured smartphones for not very much more money. And even though all my apps downloaded in-store (on Starbucks' Google Fiber Wi-Fi, because even the Verizon store isn't above leaching better internet), none of my game progress came over, so I had to start from scratch in my pool app to open up all the table sizes.
 
God damn fire alarm just went off at 3 AM on a fucking Sunday morning.
I just got back to my apartment.

(I live on the 8th floor,so going down 8 flights of stairs when you're half asleep sucks.)

Quite fucking cranky right now...
 
lol that sucks... glad I live in a house. I did get woken up by a smoke detector once though because of a low battery.

Eventually I want to look into setting up a 12v wired smoke detector system going to a central monitoring cabinet with a 12v backup battery. Actually if they were CO/smoke combos even better. Not sure if they make 12v smoke detectors though.
 
Picked up rent from some condo's I own...

Some of the tenants paid in cash and I couldn't fold my wallet with the money in it.
 
Company party is tonight but it's not in the HQ so I'll either have to wear my sneakers to the party or wear my dress shoes and then come back to the office after to switch to my sneakers.
