The smallest bill I have is a $5 and the vending machine won't take it; nobody else has change either. =(

Also, had to read some moronic alky drivel in a thread bitching about first world problems.

I left the cable for my new Galaxy S5 at the office, and I can't charge my phone. Hopefully the charge will last the weekend, or I can score a cheap cable at BigLots, or some other discount store. I've had a smartphone for all of two days, and the idea of not having it is making me nervous :^D

i was refreshing espn, but SI got the Lebron scoop, so i couldn't be the first to mass text my friends who don't care

Going to a Churrasco and have to spend the entire evening translating shit for the noob Americans.

Guess what that means in portugueiuse ? It means fish you idiot

It'll work with any standard microUSB cable. It doesn't require the wider microUSB 3.0 cable it included.

I literally *just* figured that out. I tried the cable/lighter adapter I used for my flip phone this morning, but it didn't work. I thought I'd try it on the computer, and it works great. Disaster narrowly averted :^D

My crappy night/sweet tea in the car floor fiasco continues:
Because I'm working 9 days straight open-close (about 12 hours each day) I knew I'd have to have a family member shampoo the car if I didn't want to see mold and/or ants by the time I could do it myself. That's why I asked my mother to do it yesterday.

Anyway, I am always the last out of the building and when I came out I saw several employees hanging out in the employee lot. I jokingly told them to "GO HOME!" adding "Don't you have anything better to do?!" and they joked back saying that I "practically live there" so I'm "one to talk."

My car was not where I parked it so I had to find it and, thus, I was the last employee to get in a vehicle. I quickly discovered that the battery was so dead I didn't even have a working interior light. 🙁 Sure enough, my mother had left the parking lights on (I think she accidentally turned them on when wiping the dash at the car wash). There were still two cars in the lot as I popped the hood and trunk to retrieve my jumper cables but neither noticed and both drove off and left me there. Now I was really kicking myself for telling those other guys to "GO HOME!" 🙁

I showed some leg and got a cute girl to stop. I impressed her with my manly jump-starting skills to get things running and eventually made it home. There was thunder and lightning nearby the whole time so I had to hurry to get the battery unbolted and removed so that I could put it on the Schumacher XM1-5 overnight (no garage and couldn't connect outdoors in a thunderstorm).

Now why don't you tell us what really happened?

I installed a Sandisk II extreme SSD in my ASUS g73JH, but the caddy does not align properly with the SSD in place so I can not secure it with the 2 screws that hold the caddy to the chassis . I guess it will be ok if I do not move it

UPS won't let me pick my XBox One up at will call because Newegg restricts receipt to my home. Have to wait until Monday to get it. That forces me to only have a PS1-3, Xbox 360, Wii, Vita, 3DS XL and PC to play on this weekend.

I am playing around with servos and a pan/tilt mount in my ample spare time. The servos didn't quite fit the mount, so I had to buy new ones. Its also not worth my time to return the servos I already have.

Luddite traitor.:colbert:

Pulled the phone book from under my truck seat so I could call the printer machine guy I use.....Bell South has eliminated the whole town from the white pages...WTH? Call my office so the help can look up the #, call the printer guy and ask about the pb listings and he says, "What do you need a phone book for?"

Cheeky bastard.

When my brother, on who I am totally dependent, failed to answer his phone, I curled up in a fetal position clutching my jumper cables. She found me and took pity on me.

I tried desperately to remove the cap from her positive terminal but failed. She easily removed it, shaming me and revealing just how wimpy I am. Even then, she immediately noticed how unsure and nervous I was about what to connect first, so she rolled her eyes and looked it up on her phone while complaining that "a real man should know these things."

The store sold the last external optical drive I was going buy after work. Some dipstick bought it during the afternoon🙁. Now I have to order it online for 10% more.
