It's Monday again and the temp is near 80F outside so I have on shorts and sandals. Is that a bad thing?:p In a few months we get the My Hyde part when the summer temps soar along with the humidity.

Holy crap 80F in January. That's rare in summer here, let alone winter haha. Record high here for this day is +35F in 1998. Think that was the winter where we did not get snow. Was really messed up. Think my dad has pictures of that, was Christmas and you could still see the grass, there was a bit of snow scattered around and that's it.

Well, it finally stops raining and the power is back on but it is too late to do anything outside. Tomorrow the high will be around 70's for the high (in January) but Wednesday/Thursday will be around 40/50 for the high. Weird weather.

Oh, and gas price is up to $2.05/gallon for regular today.

Got stuck backing into my driveway after night shift. I managed to get unstuck but realized it was futile trying to park without first snowblowing it. Under estimated how much snow really fell overnight. My driveway is also all uneven and jagged because of the freezing rain we had a few weeks ago. I might have to scrape it right down to the concrete which I don't like doing as it takes a while to establish a proper smooth surface again the concrete is very uneven and has lot of cracks that the snow blower or shovels can get caught in.

To make matters worse I worked an hour OT as the 12h day coworker is sick, and I might actually end up going in early tonight to cover that part of his shift, so basically 8 hours total between both shifts. Good news is extra $$$.

I should really get to bed now.... lol

Had to trim hell kitty's claws today. He turns into the feline chainsaw when we mess with him. Fortunately, there was no blood loss by anyone involved this time.

Someone who's always turning lights on and off to "save electricity" decided to swap a 5 W LED bulb with a 25 W incandescent bulb... because after going from an 11 W CFL (60 W equivalent) to a 5 W LED (40 W equivalent), it's all suddenly too bright.

I had to brush off tons of snow off my car today to get to work and it was crazy windy, big blizzard out there. Decided to skip Tim Hortons and now I'm regretting it.

I went out to buy a prepaid phone card so I don't have to use my credit card. Found one at a store, but it wasn't a card, you had to take it to the register and use the code on the receipt. Then I had to ask myself why I didn't want to use my credit card and the answer was stupid so I'm using my credit card.

I wonder if those prepaid gift credit cards work for online purchases. I have to try it some day, but problem is they don't work in a lot of stores so I might be stuck with it if it does not work online. Would be a great way to pay for something like hosting for a Tor exit node without leaving a paper trail.

I would think so but I haven't tried them becase the Visa and Mastercard -- probably American Express too -- gift cards I've found at Shoppers Drug mart have a ~$5 activation fee.

Felt a sharp pain in my teeth when washing my face around my mouth in the shower. Now that I reach inside with my finger I can pinpoint the the spot precisely giving me issues. I think I have a cavity. :(

Oh sucks. And getting a dentist appointment date is ridiculous these days. Usually multiple months out. I had a filling come loose once and the closest I could get in was like 3 months. Ended up filling it with hot glue so it does not get infected lol. At least it was in the front, doing a back tooth would be pretty hard.

I saw this infomercial for a product to fix plastic and you set it with UV light, I think it's probably very similar to what they use for fillings. Need to invest in one of those for emergency DIY dentistry lol.

Darn gas price goes up again, from $2.05 yesterday to $2.09 today and I must fill up today so I pay extra a little over $0.50 today. :)

I ordered a couple of Disney 3.0 figurines for $4/each with free pick up at the local Toys R Us from a deal at Slick Deals. I went in and looked around and the prices were at full price of $15/each. Like the B+M and online are two different entities and not from the same parent company.

Fuck me. I got my cell phone account locked because I didn't write down the log-in info for some dumb shit reason. I log in once a year to top up. Ffffffffff........

Edit: Holy shit. After checking 5 times to see if I had the PW or security question written down, I managed to guess it on the 20th try.
