Ordered 1 backpack last week and yesterday the same thing went down $12 cheaper from the same vendor. Trying to get Amazon to refund the difference.

I hear ya, my microphone adapter went down by $10 a few weeks after I bought it.

And I may need a USB hub with a switch. I found a few reasonable models but my shit may need the full 500 ma. Could get a power adapter but those apparently don't turn off with the computer.

Got Acronis 2015 with the new computer parts. Apparently it doesn't work with Win 10 or I'm too dumb to figure it out. Either way it's going in file 13 unless someone wants it.

+1 for Macrium reflect free download. Cloned the ssd while windows was running.

Macrium is the shit. Acronis is dog shit. I used to use Acronis until the day I actually needed to restore from a back up and it didn't work because of some bs with the video driver. I mean come on.

Macrium just works and I've used it to restore in an emergency and it was flawless. You can't beat free and perfect.

How much of a klutz do you have to be to injure yourself bowling? In my defense, aren't bowling shoes supposed to slide? I've now been to 2 bowling alleys where the heels of the shoes are some sort of rubber that sticks to the hard wood. So you go running up to the line thinking your going to slide the last couple of inches and instead it's more like Wile E Coyote slamming into a tunnel painted on a rock face. So then you have to anticipate the hard stop which is basically impossible to do and still release the ball in a controlled fashion.

So today I'm practicing and I end up doing a split over the foul line except I'm not flexible enough to do a split so it seems I hyperextended my toe in the process. It didn't hurt at the time but now, OMG. I hope it calms down by tomorrow since I need to go out and get real bowl shoes.

Speaking of disk imaging software, why is there no good choices in Linux? There's Clonezilla, but it feels so archaic to use, and it has lot of limitations, like you can't image something to a smaller drive or what not. I think it basically just uses dd so it's not like Acronis where it compresses into an archive and basically ignores empty space.
