I think I got mild frost-bite on my right pinky finger from using my mouse all day in a poorly heated building (thermostat set to 21 C). Now I have to wear gloves and my hands keep sliding around my keyboard... Effing winter.

Had to cancel my Tai Chi class for another week and I am missing seeing all the yoga pants.

seriously even if you dontlike to work out and sweat you should join a yoga or tai chi class just for the pants.

hell no bro. its just slow kung fu if you find a good teacher. Best thing I ever did and helps me with pain management immensly.


Whats crazy about tai chi is you can usually find free study groups and not have to pay thousands a month.


Whats crazy is once you get to know your body and understand how to move slowly and efficiently in the forms and movements you all of a sudden get crazy fast. I study Hsing I as well which is an internal martial art as well and the ancestor to tai chi and it made me better at that and everything else.

I had surgury a few weeks ago and I said no to the drip afterwards because of tai chi and my blood pressure and general health are better than ever-outside my stupid neck-

Taiji or tai chi or however you spell it now is amazing because in the form are some crazy strike and techniques that you learn without having to hit anyone.

Seriously though. Yoga pants.
