What fan to get to replace the stock fan on my taisol?

I have the new taisol hsf with the copper insert. The stock fan is quiet but weak. I don't want to put a delta38 on it.... so what other fans could I get to put on the heatsink that are quieter then teh delta but more powerful then the stock taisol fan? And where's a good place to get one without paying more for shipping then the price of the fan itself?
