Is it Someone who "has faith" in P&N? probly not, since the people who use it deragitorily would fit it more than anyone else. (I really hope there is no one who "has faith" in P&N, for any reason, that would be pretty scary)
Is it someone who frequents P&N, yet at the same time is "faithful" as it is commonly used to describe a religious person? Also not thinking its this one since all of the recent appearences of this phrase has had nothing to do with religion.
any other idea? This phrase doesnt really seem to fit anything, or make any sense for that matter.
