What exactly is a DSO exploit?

sorrry KLin, I didn't see an explination of its infection mechanisim, or the vounerabilities it causes that satisified me, so ..|.. to you all :thumbsdown:

A DSO exploit is a generic exploit, there is no single answer to the subquestions you're asking.
