I think the theory there is that she's so sexy, she causes the henchmen to get huge hard-ons which is distracting and makes it difficult for them to fire their guns accurately. Have you ever tried shooting a machine gun with a hard-on? I haven't either, but it sounds difficult.

Correct on Catwoman. They claimed that Batman honed his muscles to the limit of human potential, but she neverdid any of that. Plus, Bruce Wayne was smart and made a lot of toys. She didn't do any of that either. She was worthless. She did some kung-fu and such, but that's it. She may have acted like a cat in the comic books, but not so much in the comic-books.

Oh, and she had a "cat-o-nine-tails" type whip that later morphed into just a whip, but that's all. And she was hot. That was really the only draw of her.
