Killer Instinct 1 for Nintendo 64. I remember seeing a video of KI running on the Ultra 64, that was a hidden portion at the end of the donkey kong country video that toys r us sent out if you pre-ordered it there. then when nintendo 64 came out, KI never made it, only KI Gold, which was a port of part 2.

I also wished that KI3 came out some day, but that never is going to happen :(

Post here games that you remember hoping to come out, but never did. I have couple of obscure titles that I'm betting most people don't remember.

Chakan: The Forever Man (DC)
Too Human (GC)

What are some of the games you guys remember that never made it?

I still remember the original Toe Jam and Earl for the Genesis, man the game was addicting.

I have Chakan for Genesis still. Today's generation of gamers probably couldn't get past the first area.

Oh yeah! I remember a couple that bring back some serious memories!

NES:
Little Nemo the Dream Master
Bionic Commando
Blaster Master

Remember them?

Oh I remember little nemo the dream master, that game was obscenely hard but it was so cute.

I loved the music on Little Nemo. It fit the game perfectly. The levels were pretty well done too, remember Topsy-Turvy or the infamous train level?
